Aunt Lani was in town this week, so the babies and I thought we should have a mommy/baby & aunt/baby workout! The babies loved it! They laughed and squeeled at each other going up and down. It made working out so much fun for us too...and yes we were sore. Wouldn't you be sore if you used a 17 plus pound child as your weight! I couldn't believe we got in so many exercises (step ups, push ups, squats, crunches...) If I could only motivate myself to do it more often!
